Kagawa Prefectural Government Office | Takamatsu, Japan

Description
Kagawa Prefectural Government Office

Completed in 1958, the East Building of the Kagawa Prefectural Government Office is considered representative of Japanese post-war architecture. The use of right angles and industrial materials is softened by splashes of color and wood-printed concrete. I love this building, so I modeled it for use in my Japanese city. I used blueprints I found on a tumblr link by RUDY/GODINEZ.

The building can be found in the unique buildings landmark tab. You should subscribe to the items listed on the right so that the grass on the legislative hall matches your theme grass. If you want to place the building like I have in the screenshots, you should use Move It.

The plaza in the screenshots is custom. It is not included in the asset. I wanted to use less tris and allow more freedom with how people use the asset.

This is a relatively large asset to get all the detail I wanted. There are three submeshes, including use of a rotor shader on the glass, to make it the prettiest I could.

Important Note about Ploppable Asphalt + (If TL:DR, just sub to the assets listed on the right)
I have been made aware by @StayHungryStayFoolish (comment deleted) that this asset works as planned with only the "Ploppable Asphalt + [Loading time fix!]" mod if you are starting a new city. This decreases loading times, but won't work if you already have ploppable asphalt in your existing city. If you want to carry over your old city's ploppable asphalt props, download "Ploppable Asphalt + [Loading time fix!]" mod and enable it, then disable "Ploppable Asphalt +" in your content manager.
