Subscribing to this mod will only result in glitchy audio, to use it extract the Sound Files from the .vpk located at" Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop\2925582345.vpk" with GCFScape found HERE [nemstools.github.io] and do what is shown in this Guide: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2108763927

Mutes all Survivor Voicelines by replacing the Sound Files with empty ones.

Fun detail I discovered: I'm fine with weird static and beeps, so I didn't follow the description fully. The interesting part is that survivors will repeat recently-played audio (i.e. instead of "weapons here," you'll emit white noise and an audio clip of a teammate getting biled). This means that, because I didn't properly follow the instructions, the audio clips just sometimes relay previously-played audio files. This could be used to a modder's advantage.
