For any of the "wifi" component stuff to work you'd need to have the option to link wifi to chat enabled. Also for anyone who doesn't know, this doesn't work with voice chat, you have to TYPE it in the radio chat on the set channel.
That would not be all that hard to do, but you'd probably have to be careful with that as people can easily abuse it.
If you'd like to have more control over that you can move the "signal check" component and the "not" component next to it both to the right, then put an "and" component in front of the "signal check" component (to the left of it) and wire the output of the "signal check" component into the first signal in of the new "and" component as well as wiring a lever or switch for example to the second signal in of the "and" component. Then you'd just wire that new "and" component signal out into all the signal in's that the "signal check" component was going into. It's extremely simple and fast but hard to put into words.
If you did that you'd have more control over its noises at the very least.
