I would fix it if the model (when loaded into blend) didn't have its HANDS STRETCHED BEHIND ITS BACK and I'm pretty sure it's because of the decompiling process it fucked up some model data so I need you (the person with the only copy of the files still available) to just learn a bit of weight painting for blender to fix the hands
