TTT Expanded Vanilla-like Buy-menu Icons

A set of icons for use with The Stigs "Buy Menu Icon Replacement" addon.

Items are colour-coded and some have an extra icon to help with colour-blindness.
The colours are as following:

Blue - Anything that does outright damage or kills, like a knife or a grenade.

Red - Anything that doesn't outright do damage, but isn't passive, like the defuser, but even the uno reverse card.

Green - Anything that's passive, like armour, or the radar.

Orange - Anything that summons things or is a trap, like the beenade, bomb station, and paper plane.

Purple - Anything that's a jester/joke item, generally something that doesn't really do anything for the better or worse.

There might be some other things i forgot to mention but i've been doing nothing but these icons for 1.5 days so forgive me.
