Show nearby items inside containers with a custom range from player, outside Area (same Z level) or inside Building (multiple Z level)



its uses 2789003239 Item Searcher as base code, and fixes somes glitches (screen blinking black when window open) and remove some funcionalities and
add content:
-list showing all nearby items
-resizable window
-keep state data window

useful to find a item, that is near
useful to new players learn what items usually spawns in current location

(search specific item)- type item name and enter, and press Search Item button
(show all items)- press All button to show all nearby items stored, when select an item in that list (double click item), confirm search item (press Search Item button), the player will look to the direction, and say the distance
(search by category)- can search by item Category by toggling isCategory before search item
(auto update +LAG)- when toggled, auto update last search but produces lag each execution (each minute if walked > 5m from last execution)
