Harbour Base Dock Overhaul 2

The HBDO2 upgrades the Harbour Base with a network of piers that include mooring points, electrical and fluid hose junctions for extended fueling and recharge access range across the harbour and a large 32 thousand litre diesel tank.

The Overhaul includes a rack of equipment for firefighting, fueling and cargo handling facilities which include the Type 5 ISO carrier and a large cargo crane fitted to ISO metrics. The dock network also includes a drydock for intensive repair of vessels.

Each length of the pier includes tie-downs for mooring vessels, fluid relay ports to extend refuelling range across the whole harbour and electrical ports to relay electrical power across the harbour (this is not a recharging station). As a small bonus the overhaul also adds the Avenger Industries, "EC-PORT" overnight charging apparatus for when alternative power generation technology is unavailable.

Overall, the project is designed to look "Near-Future" with smooth solid colours and a stylised mix of brutalist and sci-fi.

To enable this addon in your new world, open the world addons tab at world creation and find the workshop category, inside it, locate Harbour Base Dock Overhaul and enable it

NOTICE TO OPERATORS
- This addon provides a small dump of 32k Diesel at the beginning of your game which some may find overpowered
- This addon contains no scripts or complex logic computers
- This addon does 'not' contain a starter vessel
- This addon does 'not' contain KFC delivery service
- This addon can cause slight sim-speed drop at high physics settings (we're not sure why)
