This mod is currently not mine but credit to chinese guy this version it not work on pc i decided to repair the qa 1.9 to work pc but this version was old

Error I found here :

- National guard logo couldn't find.

- NYPD SUV Unit icon not loaded becuase of Image

Patches I fixed

- recode the icon NYPD SUV

- Replacing the national guard logo
