Space 1999 - Winch Module Mk II

Winch Module for the Eagle.

This is the Mark II version. The original from December, 2017 is available here.

Changes from Mark I:
* Reworked with blocks that didn't exist in 2017.
* Replaced the Winch end merge block with a magnetic plate
* Converted from nuclear power to batteries.


Button Panel on each side of the Module:

Top Button: Toggles the lock of the magnetic plate
Middle Button: Raises the winch pistons
Bottom Button: Lowers the winch pistons
