HL1 M40A1 Sniper Rifle (Scout)

This is my first mod of a semi-realistic weapon.
I've been wanting to make a mod of the sniper rifle from Half-Life: Opposing Force.
However, I don't have much experience modding "realistic" firearms nor am I very knowledgeable about firearms in general at all, so expect some model mishaps and inaccuracies.

Replaces the CSS Scout Sniper Rifle.
Includes sounds from Half-Life 1.
