Description
This mod adds a set of metal spears to the game.

These spears are stronger, and more durable than their wooden counterparts, however they are also heavier, and require more resources to craft.
They can spawn rarely in the world. They can be crafted, but not repaired or dissembled.

For B42: A few more spears have been added given new items available, however I have kept it to the original design in that stronger items must be used. Recipe had to change as the recipe system has been overhauled. Also note that once crafted they can not be dissembled like wooden spears. Keep them patched up!

There is no specific crafting recipe, they will unlock on reaching a certain skill level in spears, or maintainence, or on learning the meta-recipe: Bind Spear.

@Cozmo. No, one recipe but there are multiple versions that can be crafted from it.

@Cosmo - I just checked, mod is working fine. Type "spear" into the crafting menu. It should be the one at the bottom, "Improvise Pipe Spear." I believe there is a setting to hide recipes one does not know, so it could be you are playing with that switched on.

@Oach - There is no baseline metal spear because there are multiple baseline metal spear mods available already. I decided not to include one in this mod so players can opt to use one of those if they wish

As for the other matter, I did not want to make wooden spears redundant completely, so I purposefully made the metal versions not able to do this.

@ShampooMoo - It's possible another mod is causing the issue or something, but iunno. Maybe try searching for a different keyword? The build and craft menus are finicky and awkward

For some reason it doesn't appear to be working for me, I cannot see the recipe in the crafting menu. Since on my server I've already gotten level 4 spears/maintenance as well as having already read the magazine, i tried making a fresh server and reading the magazine, still nothing in the crafting menu other than the usual spear recipes.

Thank you for creating this mod! Have you considered expanding the recipes? Maybe one day including

1. A baseline "metal spear"? Comperable to the wooden spear but relying on the Welding skill?

2. Allowing Metal Spear Heads to be attached to metal rods/spear? (*insert Mandalorian flute sound here* )
