That's right! the shivering demon Kyurai is here, using his ice oni genes and the ice oni arts of fighting to show the cold blooded world a style they are not ready for!

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ice oni style#3243:
Kyurai grabs his opponent with his mighty ice oni strength to spin em around and slam em on the floor/ or if you press the special button he'll yeet them to oblivion.

SIDE SPECIAL: ice oni style#252:
kyurai will dash at inhuman speeds hitting the user with a powerful multi-hitting slash sidewards

UP SPECIAL: ice oni style#253:
kyurai will dash at inhuman speeds hitting the user with a powerful multi-hitting slash upwards

DOWN SPECIAL: ice oni style#253/10,11,12:
kyurai will dash at inhuman speeds to hit the user with a powerful multi-hitting slash downwards/ kyurai uses ice-kinesis to grab his opponents and if a directional input is pressed he will do a corresponding ice attack.

SPECIAL MECHANICS
<if you hold an input plus press the ultra button he will do a different ultra with the best of his oni arts.>
