Description
This mod replaces the stock Cultist fleet with a new high quality one with the same flavour, but a more vaired roster of ships. The fleet uses no modded parts and three special resources; it is comprised of 35 Airships across 7 Tiers, 10 Landships across 4 Tiers, 16 Buildings across 5 Tiers, and has been updated for the changes in Version 1.2, Heroes & Villains, and the 2023 Halloween update. Sails and dust tanks have been re-coloured to give a better contrast against the existing paint scheme.

The Airships are comprised of:
Wanton: No longer a poorly-performing rifle ship, it is now a general light weapons platform with a surprisingly good performance for its cost and large variety of different weapon options, including:
Muskets/Rifles: Cheap, low-tier firepower and early anti-aircraft option.
Ballistas/Cannons: Low-tier firepower, replaced by the more armoured Suture and Basilisk at higher tiers.
Grenades/Rockets: High damage-dealing spam ship.
Grapeshot/Flamethrower: Close-range and devastating against anything without significant armour.
Gatling Guns: Anti-aircraft, anti-troop and anti-anything-without-armour, close-range damage-dealers.
Suture: Still the primary battleship of the cultists, now with a service ceiling high enough to bring its weapons to bear on most airships. The Suture is now much more heavily armoured and better able to hold its own in a slugfest against an opposing battleship.
Basilisk: At low teirs, a high-altitude platform going where the Wanton cannot, at higher tiers an armoured gunnery platform, now with the speed to make it actually usable.

Buildings have been re-done as well, with the following building lines being available:
Small Tower: Reasonable firepower and survivability for less than the defence budget of a small town. Should repel a Brigand raid, or a small Pirate raid.
Large Tower: Heavy firepower and survivability priced at less than the cost of your city's defence budget. Should repel a large Pirate raid.
Grand Temple: A large and expensive structure, priced at just about your city's defnece budget, able to repel significant raids with ease..

The Landships are based on the stock fleet's Cult Tank, but with improved armour and survivability.

The tech tree has been re-ordered to give as strong a start as possible, while prioritising long-term economy, research income, and getting an early Fleet Academy for the improved crew experience. They should also prioritise the capture of certain key map locations to boost their effectiveness with their resource bonuses. As cultists have lower maintenance for their crews, they should be able to spam lots of ships.
