Description
FOR VERSION 1.3!
This is my version of the Japanese Mitsubishi G4M2 bomber.
It's an approximation not a 1:1 replica. The nose and the rear gunner's position is what I can manage with the bricks available, but at least it works.

This is the G4M2d version armed with 5 20 mm automatic cannons (I had to use 4 x machineguns since the bigger gun I normally use for automatic cannons is way too big to fit) and it carries a payload of one No. 80 Model 1 830 kg bomb.
Quite often the Japanese did away with the bomb bay doors and instead framed the opening with a metal plate depending on what payload was carried, like in this case.

The front cannon should be in the nose cone but I just can't get that to work ok and look ok so I put it under the nose and it's remote controlled from the bomber's seat.

The plane is a bit nose heavy at low speeds with the bomb, so be careful when taking off.

Alt controls to fly.
W/S: Variable throttle.
S: Ground brakes.
A/D: Ground steering and yaw.
Left/Right arrow: Roll.
Up/Down arrow: Pitch.
X/Disable steering: Landing gear.
B/Beacon: Fire in port engine.
K/Hazard lights: Fire in starboard engine.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Drop bomb. A green lamp lights up in the cockpit when the bomb is dropped. *

Automatic cannons: Alt + arrow keys/Mouse and Fire action 1/Num 1, controlled from their respective seat. **

Cameras: Bomb sight, then each gun in sequence front to rear for better aim.

* I've done my best to make the bomb actually explode when hitting the ground (a looooot of foam
fuel tanks with Nitro) but Brick Rigs being Brick Rigs there's still no guarantee it will explode.

** A note about the new small hinged actuators: they are sadly not strong enough (even when made of steel or tungsten) to withstand the recoil from the guns, so I tried to add two notches - one for first burst, the lower one for continued fire. I still chose to use them rather than the old big ones to save space.

Have fun!
