'03 Subaru WRX (SOUND + TUNED ADDON)

Description
This is an addon mod for stew's 2003 Subaru WRX STI. Adds turbo sound when shifting + downshifting backfire (sounds from GTR mod). Also tuned engine to accelerate faster. This mod must load after Stewert's for the tuning to work. That should just happen naturally, from my limited testing.

This mod is meant to be used along side the 03 WRX STI mod created by 13Stewertc. Please ensure you have his mod installed as well: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2764487233&searchtext=03+wrx

Damn I really wanted to like this mod but the sound is just weird. It's way too deep and sounds like the car is just ideling even when flying down the road. Nice attempt though.
