NE Inspired Minigun (Weapon Replacement)

This is a quick re-upload that changes the Minigun's behavior to perform more like the one from Serious Sam: Next Encounter on the Gamecube & Playstation 2. Main takeaways are the spread when firing from the hip has been slightly increased, spread when dual wielding has been significantly decreased, and there's no longer any crosshair bloom; instead bullets will be randomly dispersed inside a fixed spread cone.

List O' Changes:

- Dual wield scatter decreased from 10 to 2.8
- Scatter Lerping Params removed (shooting no longer increases bullet spread)

Tips & Tricks:

- Utilize the fixed spread cone to damage multiple attackers at once
- Most effective at mid to close range combat
- Serves as a great defensive tool when using the "Mix It Up" perk; try pairing it with another high DPS weapon like the Autoshotgun for high close range burst damage or with a long range option like the Devastator or Laser for a combination of Offense and Defense
