AM's Farwell Ave. Courtyard Apt.

Description
AM's Farwell Avenue Courtyard Apartment

This is my rendition of the Tudor-styled courtyard apartment found on 1527 W. Farwell, Chicago, IL, US. [earth.google.com] It is my first installment in my series recreating different courtyard apartments found in Chicago, US. If you have Ploppable RICO the asset will be a High Res. building, otherwise it's a Unique building.

Asset Specs
Texture: 2048 x 1024 d/s/n/a/i/c MAIN || 128 x 128 d/s/n/a/i/c LOD. The asset shares textures with my previous Worker's Cottages so you can use LSM to cut down RAM usage.

Size: 4 x 7
Households [RICO]: 34
Tris: 21144 MAIN || 642 LOD

Notes
The asset includes ornaments used on the front of the build. Those can be found in the required items but none of these are mandatory and asset should work just fine without them. There are other props used in the asset but everything else is vanilla. I really wanted to release the asset fully decorated, but I couldn't get it done within the prop limit if the editor. Refer to the 2nd image for how the asset will appear in game.

Feel free to leave any feedback/critics on the asset; I'm still trying to figure out best practices for my asset creation process. Also feel free to suggest any of your favorite courtyard apartments or pieces of architecture in general. Things in Chicago are preferred because I can go see them in person.

Thank you!

Ohh I've seen that building before. Might actually be able to knock it out over the weekend.

can you do one for the Seville at 1263 W Pratt? and maybe some 6 flats that are also common in Rogers park

Thank you so much for making these! I used to live in a courtyard apt in Hyde Park and I'm literally begging for more Chicago buildings! Specifically like the Shoreland Hotel

@zetu.harrys Thank you for the feedback. I will definitely look into toning down the roof textures.

You have a like from me.
my criticism:
-the roof needs another texture, it's way too bright.
-i would've stick more to the original design of the building.
I have no issue with the tri count. The more tris the better the building. And the model here is very well done. So are the textures. Very well done. Hopew you'll get better in the future cause there is talent at work here.

I read the name as "AM's Farwwell Courtyard Apt." Made me sad until I realised what I'd done :steamfacepalm:

@KikiMarieHenri. Thank you so much for the feedback. Yeah, the tri count was a lot higher than I budgeted for. Now that I have more experience with larger buildings, my next courtyard apartment is definitely going to be more optimized.

ROGERS PARK!!!!!! <3

Ok, so you're looking for challenging buildings around Chicago. Is that it? Cuz you're nailing them thus far.

It is beautiful and accurate, but I'm scared of the tris count on a low-to-mid tier pc like mine. I'll give it a spin, tho.
