SM Inspired Assault Rifle (Weapon Replacement)

This is more or less just a port for the version I made on SS4's workshop. Is really only useful if you're a huge fan of Urban De Human's "Please Fly" tribute mod or if you like messing around with NSKuber's Weapon Resource manager to give yourself the AR instead of the AK.

List O' Changes:

- Hip fire scatter reduced from 3 to 2.8
- Dual wielding scatter reduced from 1.5 to 1.2
- "Scatter cooldown factor (%)" increased from 0.7 to 1.1
- "Min desired scatter after shot (%)" reduced from 0.5 to 0.2
- "Added scatter per shot (%)" reduced from 0.1 to 0.05
- Dry fire sound now starts playing when there's 11 bullets or less in a magazine
- Low mag start volume increased from 0.5 to 0.7
- "Play dry fire sound on empty magazine" turned off to avoid issue where the dry fire sound would play twice in a row

Tips & Strats:

- Fire in bursts when firing from the hip or dual wielding to keep your grouping under control
- Use the sights for medium and long range engagements
