Better German Police Car

Description
This mod makes the VW Passat 2014 German police car have a more realistic livery. For some reason SCS based the vanilla game livery on some random render. Unfortunately i wasn't able to change the Passat CC police car due to differences in texture mapping.

For me the mod runs without any problems on 1.53

@JGamer i don't have this game installed atm so i can't really check, but it should work fine since it's just a texture
