Holster Your Weapon

This is a mod designed to simulate the extra time needed to switch from Melee Combat to Ranged Combat. Every creature carrying a Missile Weapon has the "Holstered" effect but when they fire a Missile Weapon, the "Holstered" effect changes to an "Unholstered" effect taking the average creatur half a turn. Also, every fired weapon takes the average creature half a turn less time to fire. After ten turns or performing a melee attack, the creature drops the "Unholstered" effect for a "Holstered" effect taking half a turn. Players can also manually holster/unholster and the Pistol skill tree has a "Quickdraw" ability to halve the time to holster/unholster missile weapons.
