There was an issue with the old rockets quite often exploding on launch (no idea why) so I rebuilt them and it seems to be working now.

717 bricks.

My take on the iconic Republic P-47D fighter.

It's an approximation, not a 1:1 replica.

This is the razorback version of a ground attack variant armed with 10 5 inch HVAR rockets. It's also armed with 8 .50 caliber machine guns. (I use double machine guns to simulate the power of the .50 cal.)

Alt controls to fly.
W/S: Variable throttle.
S: Ground brakes.
A/D: Ground steering/Yaw.
Up/Down arrow: Pitch.
Left/Right arrow: Roll.
X/Disable steering: Landing gear.
K/Hazard lights: Sight light.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Machine guns.
Fire action 2-6/Num 2-6: Fire rockets in pairs.

They work ok at high FPS and in SP at least, what they do at lower FPS or in MP no one can tell sadly.

Sorry M4A3Sherman I didn't see your comment until now. I rebuilt the rockets and they still very occasionally blow up when fired (still no idea why) but they seem to work a lot better than before.

Can you make one that has the new rocket pods hidden in some decoy prop rockets that don't detach so its more reliable?

I just wanted to say that I get a few friend requests here on Steam which is nice, however as a rule I don't accept friend requests from people I don't know IRL. It's definitely nothing personal, I'm just a rather private sort of guy for reasons I don't want to go into here, so I hope you guys understand why I might decline your invite - it definitely has nothing to do with you.
