Upscales and denoises every video cutscene in the game from 540p to 2160p|4K (4x the original resolution)

This was done by the following process:
- Convert the original cutscenes to MP4 format using HandBrake
- Upscaled all cutscenes by 2x using Waifu2x Extension GUI's RealESRGAN engine
- Repeat the previous step a second time to reach 4K
- Converted back to OGV format using VLC
