Description
Tester Man glitches into the fray with sticky projectiles and hard hitting attacks.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: GLITCH SHOT
A point blank projectile that can send far if used properly also does damage over time.

SIDE SPECIAL: GLITCHED PUNCH
Tester Man grabs the opponent the sends a bunch glitch particles at the opponent sending them away like a falcon punch.

UP SPECIAL: TELEPORT
Tester Man teleports away and on landing deals damage.

DOWN SPECIAL: PLACE LANDMINE/ACTIVATE LANDMINE
Tester man will either place or activate a land mine.
