It looks like he's about 20-30 meaters above the water, I imagine you could drop it from about 100 meters up though

I Love the torpedo! Two thing though, how high should I be when I drop it? 15 meters? And some of the logic was missing! oh well just takes a little longer to get set up. I probably wont respond but its still helpful to everyone else that will come here. :steamthumbsup:
