Though use it on your own risk
and Follow it very carefully can easily make mistakes

When Installed Sourcemod Here's the Actual Mod for the Explosive Rock:

When you have downloaded the Tank Mod just Drag and Drop it into your plugins Folder and that's all to it

Though you will only be able to use it on Local Servers
