Take control of the Swiss Confederation as a member of the Council! Switzerland is a very rich and diplomatically observant country, with lots of potential.

There are multiple effects on things such as farmer membership, car usage (given that it's a mountainous country), and age group memberships to keep the country as realistic as possible.

I've also had to make an adjustment to accommodate Democracy 3, specifically that the term length is 4 years. This is because the true head of state, the President of the Confederation, is elected for a single year; the position usually rotates through the Council as well. For the sake of simplicity and not buggering the game, I decided to make the player emulate the entire Council, so to speak; this then reflects the four-year terms given to council members, hence the four-year terms ingame.
