Description
FOR VERSION 1.3!
My version of the Bristol Beaufighter Mk X heavy fighter/torpedo bomber.

It's an approximation and not a 1:1 replica.

Since the guns in this game are so big I could only fit two auto-cannons in the nose without bits poking out quite a lot so it's armed with 2 auto-cannons (the "big" mcahine guns that do a lot more damage) and 9 machine guns; four in the starboard wing, two in the port wing, 2 under the nose and one in the rear turret manned by the radio operator.
This version also carries a Mk XII 18 inch torpedo.
It's a little nose heavy at lower speeds while carrying the torpedo so be careful on take-off.

Alt controls to fly!
W/S: Variable throttle.
A/D: Ground steering/Yaw.
Left/Right arrow: Roll.
Up/Down Arrow: Pitch.
X/Disable steering: Landing gear.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Machine guns.
Fire action 2/Num 2: Torpedo.*

Rear turret uses Alt controls.**
Left/Right arrow/Mouse: Turn.
Up/Down arrow/Mouse: Elevation.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Fire.

Camera 1: Strike camera on top of cockpit.
Camera 2: Rear machine gun sight for better FoV.
Camera 3: Torpedo view.

* As always in Brick Rigs the torpedo works, but far from always. To have the best chance of a good torpedo release go low (<10 metres) and slow (180-220 kph), nose up slightly and drop.
The torpedo engine starts after 2 seconds (the Distance to ground sensor only detects the bottom, not the water surface sadly so it has to be on a timer) and burns for about 70 seconds before the torpedo self-destructs after 85 seconds.

** It wasn't an actual rotating turret but a machine gun mounted in the observation cupola, however this works better with less clipping, and it's more fun. :)
