Steam Card HEV Suit Overhaul

Yes, this is a whole overhaul of the HEV in Black Mesa to look like the HEV Suit from an unused Steam Card for Half-Life. The card art is obviously an edit of Half-Life 2's HEV Mark V, although less blatant that the Vanilla/Paynamia HEV

That said, credit to Paynamia for making the original 2015 BMS HEV Suit NPC models
Credit to Valve's artists for making the Card art as inspiration for this tirade
Shoutout to dude guy man marine doom for uploading the Clean HEV Suit texture

--!! INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS !!--

You need to go to the workshop folder "workshop\content\362890\2932817266\" and move the VPKs you want to a custom folder "Black Mesa\bms\custom\" for everything to load properly.

Feel free to edit these to add whatever weapon models/animations you want to have these arms on!

Added multiplayer HEV scientist model for multiplayer functionalty but also because apparently Xen uses the MP HEV model for some of the dead HEV Scientists. Yippee!
