Description
Clean Default Progress Bar Background.

Removes the Gray blood splatters on the background as seen in the screenshots.

Compatible with addons that change the bar.

This should include healing, pouring cans, interacting with objects in custom maps.There might be some bugs though.

Recommendable with Clean Default Progress Bar , though optional.
