Decryptor

Description
Dumps most ingame text in plain text. Runs once on startup, freezing the game for a few seconds. Outputs go into Rain World/RainWorld_Data/StreamingAssets/decrypt.

i'm pretty sure that if you make and apply your own mod that replaces a text asset it'll be encrypted automatically. see this link

The old mod on raindb.net was both an encryptor and decryptor, so you could easily edit the game's text files and changing dialogue was pretty easy
