TI-1 Eagle is an Air-And-Space-Superiority-Fighter

In an alternate timeline, Germany and Italy had won World War Two, but Fascism was replaced with Imperialism, and Italy had reformed the Roman Empire.

In the world of a restarted Rome and battles with exiled nazis, one major fascist faction still remained- The United States, turned to fascism by an aggressive and unprecedented political, intrigue-filled campaign.

But very few Americans would so willingly turn from their Democratic principles. When the news of the "election", little more then a military coup, spread throughout the nation, large numbers of Americans fled the country, sponsored by minor fascist governments in an effort to ensure the new American regime wouldn't immediately collapse.

Small revolutionary governments were formed by the exiled citizens, eventually gathering enough money to buy tickets off-world. They were brought to the moon of Titan, in the process of being terraformed by the Romans. Though initially being seen as a Roman subject at most, the American colonies across Titan grew increasingly distant, as the terraforming project proved too expensive and was handed over to the colonists. When they officially declared independence, forming the United States of Titan, the Romans mainly reacted with "wait, we still owned Titan?"

The United States quite obviously wanted their earth-bound territories back. To accomplish this, they quickly developed their industrial might, turning Titan into a heavily industrialized world, developing space industries at the ire of the Romans. Finding other resistance groups present at mars, they would join together and spearhead a new faction, with the goals of returning to Earth.

All the while, the industrialization of Titan has attracted the attention of the Romans- Realizing the economic potential of their lost moon, they started demanding the Americans submit, claiming the moon to be their rightful territory. The Americans, alongside the support of their Martian kin, refused to submit to the demands, and began preparing for war.

Among the first warships developed was the "Titan industries-1 "Eagle", A rugged heavy fighter designed to operate semi-independently from a carrier, with provisions to both engage in dogfighting and ferry infantry around in covert operations. As the name may suggest, it was developed as an answer to the Roman Aquila-AR.58, though as a vessel that doubles as a transport it is slightly less armored as interior space where components could be safely stored were cleared out to make room for passenger seats and an onboard fabricator.

It found itself best suited as a sort of Attack Helicopter, extracting and deploying small teams on the ground while also being able to provide close air support, or even fight with enemy aircraft.
