1970s UK Council Flats. 48 workers, 91% quality.

This is a block consisting of 12 two-storey three-bedroom maisonettes. It's based on Michelson House in the real-world Ethelred Estate in south London. My first mod - may be the first of a series if there is any interest (it's a big estate with lots of buildings).
