Description

A Collection of Ideas

This is a minor mod which adds small changes which i feel are Stellaris Themed. Some of them might be Shower Thoughts thought.

Galactic Noise -Some actions of empires, past and present will be noticed by your scientific community before you find them!
AI Personality Changes -A Couple of new personalities and changes to existing ones!
Civic Changes -Some pre-existing civics have been slightly buffed, also including a new Knightly Orders civic.

Warning, this mod probably has terrible compatibily with other mods due to the way i changed preexisting content

Could be nice maybe, to have an exhaustive list of the functionalities added by this mod.
