Forbidden Zetterburn

A version of the character where all old options are untouched but a few additional options for mix ups and extra movement were added.

Side Special: Can now be wavebounced.
Pressing the special button a second time in quick succession changes the attack to a fast fireball.
The fast fireball does more damage and stun allowing for some follow ups.

Up Special: Holding the attack button and a direction down during the end of the move cancels the ending lag into a claw attack (Uair, Fair, Dair).
Zetterburn goes into special fall after the attack.
