PWC Week 3 - PsalmTS Revolving Easy

Multiple targets strafe around the player while flying up and down. This version has the player further back and doesn't allow the bots to go as far up. v2 has the bots further away from the player with more relaxed verticle motion. Voltaic version updated with 20% more vertical movement. Added Revolving map. Fallen Fixed inconsistant movement.
