Wow, thanks for the swift response!
Would you consider updating the mod to include such a change? I feel some worker cost values for some units are quite high, which forces you to use non-elite units more often than not.

The number of workers was not changed

Does this remove the worker cost for some units whose value is 1 or does it stay the same?

Assuming that it swaps the file of all units then yes it is the player and AI. This way I don't cause either the player is stronger or the AI.
