for 1.3

Simultaneous battles:
1 → 4
Allows to spawn up to 4 as long as you have that many generals with advance orders.
Provinces will only be captured on the same state as the battle province state.
War weariness due to casualties is slightly reduced.

非常棒的 mod，亲测确实可以多次战役同时进行，而且有一个战役胜利后该战线就可以推进，不过有个问题，似乎要一个战线的所有战役都结束了，军队才能重新处于推进状态，

The Developers said that it couldn't be done, yet here it is. I hope this mod gets more fame and the devs include this feature into the game.

I like it.
Playing China invading Russia was previously ridiculously slow despite very long border.
I hope the developers integrate this into the main game, with some tweek having frontline length decides number of simultaneous battles.
