Welcome to the new and improved jb_destruct! Here's what's new from the original:
-Big
-Lighting
-1.5 more buildings!
-Good clipping!

Here are somethings that need to be added on the road to v1:
-Re-add the umbrella graffiti
-Better textures probably
-Finish textures
-More lights
-Pool
-Vehicles
-Better clipping
