Incendiary

Description
This mod adds high-explosive incendiary shells and warhead.

The high-explosive incendiary shells and warhead have the same armor penetration capability as the equivalent HE shells / warhead, dealing only 1/5th of their component damage and setting fires to any impacted components.

Think this mod might be the cause of the issue im having with fires not being able to be put out if a ship gets hit by an incen warheaded missile

@SHR1MP~ finally had time to look into this -- recompiled with the latest files, see if the issue is still happening

Don't know if you're interested in updating this mod anymore, but currently, they are tracking just fine and all but detonation is a 100% fail chance in the error logs.
Essentially, the warhead is not detonating upon impact.

Just so you know, these shells don't have tracers any more, they're just entirely invisible. For the ANS 450mm guns at least.
