The following stat changes are:
VerticalPunch - 4 to 12
PelletScatterPitch - 5.0 to 2.5
PelletScatterYaw - 7.5 to 4.0
Damage - 25 to 38
Bullets - 10 to 12
clip_size - 8 to 5
