Cymru Marine SB-001U Utility Package

Description
The Cymru Marine SB-001 is a versatile light sea craft platform capable of many vehicle setups for a number of different roles. Powered by a StormDiesel prebuilt naturally aspirated V10, it is capable of high speeds of up to 38 knots (SB-001U) or 45 knots (SB-001R) and quick response times over short to medium distances. It has a maximum endurance at full speed of 33 minutes, allowing it to effectively service single runs of up to 15 minutes each way without running out of fuel. The powerplant consumes between 0.9 and 1.1 litres of fuel per second at full cruise power.

The SB-001U is a light utility setup focusing on fast response times to a variety of issues that may occur in shallow waters. It is effectively the baby brother of the SB-001R and is designed mainly for tasks in which high manoeuvrability and an edge on speed can take a back seat to stability. Seating 1 internally and 6 externally, and boasting a single bed for crew, located forward of the driving position under the foredeck, the SB-001U is a perfect starter craft for those looking to take the first step in establishing their own Coast Guard agency.
