Adds Syria under Bashar al-Assad to the Game! Requires Brave New World.

Please note that with this mod I am not expressing an Assadist position, nor do I wish to be associated with Assadists. I am instead releasing this mod at this time to ask that if you have enjoyed my mods and are willing to spare something, to donate to a Syrian / Turkish earthquake appeal. Syria has, in no small part thanks to Assad, suffered for over a decade, with civil war, dictatorial bombings and Islamic extremism ravaging the country. This earthquake has pushed a people already in poverty beyond breaking point. As of 19/02/23, over 46,000 people have died in Syria and Turkey. Donating even a tiny amount to a trustworthy national or international organisation will be able to do a lot for people in need. An organisation such as the UN Crisis Relief Organisation can help those at risk to access to shelter, food, water, heat and medical care in freezing cold temperatures. https://crisisrelief.un.org/turkiye-syria-earthquake-appeal
This is of course an optional plea, but if it is something you would like to do, I'm sure there are plenty of people who will appreciate it.

Syria under Bashar al-Assad

UA: The Beast of Damascus - Upon a declaration of war, receive a boost of production in the capital and cities which have previously been damaged increased for each declaration of friendship with another civilization on a different continent. Gun, Armour, and Helicopter units Pillage for Free.

UU: Republican Guard - Replaces Mechanised Infantry. When Garrisoned in a City, generates +1 happiness. Gains Experience faster based on the number of civilizations that have denounced you (max 3).

UU: Ba'ath Brigade - Replaces the Bazooka. +1 Range when in a City's Zone of Control. Starts with Ambush II.
