[Shovel] Burn damage script (TLS)

The Last Stand Update ready script for the shovel slot. Does not include a HUD icon. It modifies the damage type similarly to my earlier Torch script. Made primarily to complement the Comically Large Spoon of Gold from Payday 2 which sets victims on fire.

This addon replaces SCRIPTS (changes the in-game weapon stats)! It only works on a server (i.e. your own or your friend's host) which has this script enabled. That also means that if a server is enforcing consistency, you may get kicked. Disable this mod and restart the game if you have trouble with joining servers.

The script changes are:

• 7 damage (def. 80) - this is important for Survivor team-damage and largely irrelevant for Infected damage
  
• DMG_BURN + DMG_CLUB (def. DMG_CLUB | DMG_SLASH) - "club" is important to disable gore wounds
