1. generate the navmesh. I sometimes have problems with the bots staying in place, but if you generate the navmesh and then save, this could work
2. add pathfinding links in between the flags
3. make the trenches less steep. I found that some of the bots do move if you order them via being a squad leader, but others cant move
4. generate the navmesh, and check that the terrain is colored as white, if it is colored black or any other color the bots cannont navigate it. You may also want to change the max slope to a higher number (inbetween 0 and 2) so that the bots can go up steeper areas

Thats the issue with this map... the flags are assigned but the bots for some reason refuse to move even though they are one way flags.
