The creator of the model is my friend Zhenya (he doesn't have a page anywhere, so I'll just leave it here).
Port in Gmod by zikielelel.
To open the mailbox, use the Joing Tool.
The model was created from scratch and has nothing to do with the game files. Textures are also custom.
