Description
Where's that damn fourth chaos emerald?!

You can now play Gmod as SEGA's violent edgelord from the game that's named after him.

Includes a player model, 2 NPCs, viewmodel arms, and sound

The original model can be found on the models resource. I give full credit to the ripper and SEGA.
