John McCheaple: Civil Protection Elite

After John McCheaple was almost killed by an alien disguised as Alyx Vance, he joined Civil Protection for a cheeseburger with fries in it. After a year of rising through the ranks, he became a Civil Protection Elite and one of the most respected and feared members of the Civil Protection. Rumor has it that if he accepts transhuman modification, he will be heavily trained and automatically become an Overwatch Elite when the training is finished.
