Oparose Tools

Description
Lore: Designed to be workhorse tools of the fleet, Phantom Elite Division partnered with Shendar and Hawk Industries to create a family of tools that could weld, drill, or grind larger areas at a time for the purposes of rapid repair and construction. These tools are more advanced than previous era tools and as such are a bit heavier than previous eras due to the new safety systems and advancements packed into them. Tools utilize polaronic energy in their tips and blades to achieve large work areas. In certain instances, older tools were refit with the Oparose tech but were unable to fully match the new Oparose tools in effectiveness due to the limitations of their shells. Oparose tools and the Era Refit tools are often found around industrial areas, mining operations, and shipyards, or occasionally seen as part of automatic repair systems.

Notes: This is a stand alone version of my Oparose Tools that can be found in my 2125 era mod. This is for folks who may want to use the tools but don't want the other items that come with it. This steam version of the mod also comes with a script to disable tool damage against player characters. this will effect only the oparose family of tools and the refit tools that come with this mod.

Oparose tools on average have double the range of standard vanilla tools.
Gigus Weldus Shipyard Welder has range of 9 large grid blocks in front of the tips and 4 behind the tips.

-Oparose Drill heads on the large and small grids should be visible again.

Blender didn't do a complete export because I forgot to push a button. The drills should no longer be trying to impersonate the headless horseman.

-Oparose Large grid drills and Oparose Small grid drills should be drilling in the correct direction now.
-Oparose Welders have had their sensor field pulled forward slightly.
Note: This does not effect the GigusWeldus.

I had been using the SBC file itself to tell the game where the sensor was for the drills, however I fat fingered it some time ago and the drill's field was backwards. I have updated the models to include some extra behind the scenes bits to keep the sensor field in the correct location now that it's fixed. The Oparose drills should now collect material from the correct direction again.

I have also pulled the sensor field on the Oparose Welders forward slightly. This was due to an odd report or two of the increased sensor size potentially damaging engineers and welding far too much behind the tips. Oparose welders were never intended to weld more than one block behind the body of the tool itself. This should now correct both issues.

@Ganic: far as I could see the drill radius hasn't moved from where it's supposed to be. it's supposed to have 2 times the range of the standard drills. what exactly are you seeing that's suggesting the radius has moved? if you have any kind of video or screenshots or blueprints etc that can demonstrate an issue I don't care to take a look and fix it if there's an issue.

@Ganic: just now seeing this as I haven't had a chance to be on in a few. I'll take a look at it and see what I can see on my end. Is it just the oparose drills that you're seeing the potential issue from?

Your Drill Area Mining Radius and Carving Radius, as well as Detection Radius seems to have it's offset wrong now since recent patches, it's at the base of the drill not at the tip of the drill head. Any chance of an Update?! @captainbladej52

-Issues causing the Oparose Gigus Weldus, Oparose Large Welder, and Oparose Small Welder to not mirror across certain axis properly has been corrected
-minor optimizations made to Oparose Welder family
