One Podolsk metallurgical plant once stamped a huge batch of bolts. True, those were defective: they had no thread, but according to the documentation, it should have been. But since the extra money spent by the customer on a batch of bolts had already been stolen, the bolts were legally correct - only they could not be delivered in any way; in order to avoid a fine, the factory simply transported all the bolts from one fake delivery service to another in huge boxes.

When an anomalous zone formed in Podolsk, a truck with bolts hit an anomaly in a rather crowded and populated place; since then, bolts have spread throughout the Zone as a very effective method of detecting anomalies as well as a heavy iron object.

Some time ago I found out that there are no addons that contain only a bolt. or i just couldn't be bothered enough to find one. So, I've decided to make one.

Using some fun a model was created and the SWEP code the next day. To be honest, I was going to make this model have some carving, but I didn't and i still don't know how to make a texture like that.

While I was making the SWEP I've accidentally made the unholy monstrosity that is the anomalous bolt that would be thrown really fast and had a lot of mass. This was fixed, but i liked the idea so I've replicated this behaviour in a second weapon.

There's no viewmodel so you hold a can of bolts.
