University City CCP for District Styles

Description
This is a simple district style that contains all the University City CCP buildings.
You need to use District Styles Plus for this to work.

This DLC contains a set of low-density residential and commercial buildings.

WARNING
This style does not contain Level 5 residential buildings or Level 3 commercial buildings. As a result, when buildings reach this level, they will apply the default style instead.
Certain building lot sizes seem to be even less well covered, especially for commercial.

You can get around this in several ways:
  1. In District Styles Plus settings, disable "Apply styles only for building levels which are included (vanilla behaviour)." This will make buildings with no higher level options in the style unable to upgrade.
  2. Use a mod like Advanced Building Level Control to limit the level of your buildings.
  3. Add high level buildings to the district style on your own: this way you can decide exactly what buildings you want to use. If you do this, you may want to make a local copy of the style (with a different name), otherwise the workshop subscription might overwrite it.
  4. Use multiple district styles in your district. This will mean buildings get randomly picked from all styles every time they grow though, not just at the top level.
  5. Mark buildings historical one by one.

Similarly, some building lot sizes (notably 1x1) are just missing from this style entirely. The only way to get around this is to either add other buildings to the style, or use multiple styles in your district. If you don't do this, buildings on lots of the wrong size will simply never spawn in.

So this allows you to use the University City dlc as a district style?

In the vanilla game, the buildings just randomly pop up in zoned areas, according to the wiki. So you can't make an area just from university buildings, unfortunately.

OMG I could not figure out how to make this DLC work in my game, thanks so much! <3
